GET READY - THE CONTACT CENTRE INDUSTRY IS ABOUT TO GO GLOBAL!
The Contact Centre Global Forum, 25-27 April 2007, Cannes, France
A new global initiative to unite the contact centre industry has won the support of industry associations from more than 20 countries across EMEA, Asia and the Americas – including TUANZ. The Contact Centre Global Forum, which will be held for the first time in Cannes, France, between 25 and 27 April 2007 and annually thereafter, will bring together senior decision makers from contact centres around the world to address the challenges facing our industry.
“As Forum Partners we, along with an international network of industry associations, will guide the development of the Forum on behalf of our members,” says Ernie Newman. “More than any other event the Contact Centre Global Forum will help us grow our national industry and raise our performance through the sharing of best practice from around the world. I strongly urge you to attend.”
The Contact Centre Global Forum will:
- Bring the worldwide contact centre community together
- Promote best practice and encourage professional co-operation.
- Combine an interactive conference agenda with a Business Exchange area, where Forum Partners will host a series of meeting points to encourage networking, information exchange and professional business co-operation.
As part of the Forum we’re able to offer our members:
- Reduced delegate rate of £495/€695/US$890 (usual price £825/€1155/US$1485)
- Access to space within the Forum’s Business Exchange, where you’ll meet and network with colleagues from around the world
Furthermore, as Forum Partners we’ll receive a share of the Forum’s revenues; money we’ll invest on your behalf to improve standards in our industry and our services to our members.
We’ll be sending you regular news updates as the Forum date approaches. Meanwhile, to find out more and to register for attendance, click on this link to go direct to the Contact Centre Global Forum web site.
