Stewart Gibbs, from Microsoft, who will be discussing ‘beyond customer relationship management’ and how to manage a variety of relationships within an organisation
Suzanne Pratley and Heather Walker, from Madison Recruitment, who will be identifying the key skills in today’s Customer Service environment and why individual skills and development is so important for customers

Timings:
Registrations are at 12.00noon for a 12.15pm start. Lunch will be served at 1.00pm

TUANZ members free of charge, non-members $65.00 plus GST.

Cancellations:
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra cost. Alternatively, a refund less $20 + gst per non-member will be made for cancellations received in writing up to three business days before the event. Regrettably there will be no refunds after this date. Please advise our office in writing should you be unable to attend. Please note, a 'No Show' at an Event does not constitute a cancellation and will be charged in full for non-members.
