TUANZ will once again celebrate contact centre excellence with the 2009 TUANZ Contact Centre Awards to be held on Thursday, 22 October 2009 at the Hilton Hotel in Auckland.
Award Categories
We have made a few changes to the award categories for 2009 and are proud to introduce a brand new supreme award - the TUANZ Overall Contact Centre Award.
The categories for the 2009 TUANZ Contact Centre Awards are:
TUANZ Contact Centre of the Year under 50 seats
TUANZ Contact Centre of the Year over 50 seats
TUANZ Contact Centre Manager of the Year under 50 seats
TUANZ Contact Centre Manager of the Year over 50 seats
TUANZ Contact Centre Team Leader of the Year
TUANZ Contact Centre Trainer of the Year
TUANZ Contact Centre Workforce Manager of the Year
TUANZ Overall Contact Centre Award 2009
Key Dates
The key dates for 2009 TUANZ Contact Centre Awards are:
Monday 13 July Award entries and dinner registrations open
Monday 17 August Award entries close
Monday 31 August Judging round 1
Thursday 24 September Finalists announced
Thursday 1 October Judging round 2
Thursday 22 October TUANZ Contact Centre Awards Dinner, Hilton Hotel, Auckland
Entry forms will be made available for download on 13 July and more details about each category will be posted shortly.
