Have you ever wondered what other contact centres look like and how they operate? As an industry, we have always loved the opportunity to open our doors to fellow professionals and share what we do well.

There are so many centres throughout New Zealand doing great things and we think it would be great to see and hear from the people who run contact centres across the country.

So we are excited to present our new Contact Centre Profile section. Every month we will add a new profile as we get contact centres to answer a few questions and take photos of their centres in action.
