TUANZ Business Internet Conference & Awards 2007

November 7-8, 2007 at the Wellington Convention Centre.

There are nearly 300,000 domain names registered in New Zealand. Collectively they represent a huge investment by businesses and organisations. Ensuring the cost effective management of a resource that can so easily become a money-pit is a challenge for those who have professional responsibility for Web strategy, management and maintenance.

For this reason, two years ago TUANZ added this Business Internet Conference to its annual events programme. In business, the roles of developers, designers and site and IT managers are becoming more closely aligned to those of marketing management and strategic planners. These rapid changes require special insights and abilities that challenge those accountable for their organisation’s Web performance.

The two-day event was held on Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 November, 2007 in the Renouf Foyer of the Michael Fowler Centre, Wellington Convention Centre. The full conference programme for 2007 is here.

Winning entries in the 2007 TUANZ Business Internet Awards may be found here.
