| The Telecommunications Carriers Forum has this afternoon posted its latest Broadsheet. Heaps of progress on the Consumer Complaints, Number Portability and Local Loop Unbundling projects. As reported in "Downstream" earlier the TCF has made great strides over recent months and is now a slick, effective self-regulatory adjunct to the Commerce Commission regime. |
