Telecom Draft Separation Plans "Fall Far Short" - TUANZ

TUANZ has lodged our Submission on Telecom's draft undertakings for operational separation, noting that they "fall far short of the robust separation required in the Telecommunications Act" and "Telecom has restricted (them) to the bare minimum scope required under existing law."
