Cunliffe on Separation - "We WILL NOT Go Back"

"Let me state this carefully and for the record. We will not go backwards and reverse the Telecommunications Amendment Act or be changing what is a fundamentally sound, best practice regulatory framework."
That's Minister Cunliffe's message to Telecom, delivered at the TUANZ Telecommunications Day this morning.
"Does that rule out some form of structural separation? No."
TUANZ will say "hear hear" to all that.
