Following my week at the APECTel meeting I've completed a short summary report that compliments my earlier postings on Universal Service and the relationship between investment and competition. This may be of interest to the "regulatory junkies."
APECTel continues to be a very valuable forum with benefits in numerous elements of my daily work for TUANZ.
