New Year’s Request – Strategies for Small Contact Centres

Happy New Year. I’ve been back at the office for a couple of days and can report that planning for the Contact Centre Conference and Awards in April is well underway.

Hopefully everyone got the postcard about the date change (April 23 and 24 at SKYCity in Auckland) which we sent out late last year. We’ve announced the keynote already, and over the next three months I'll blog about exciting new additions to the programme and let you know more about entering the awards.

This brings me to my first request for 2008 – input into a workshop session on strategies for small contact centres? On the post-conference survey last year we had a number of delegates request a workshop session specifically for small contact centres. I’m assuming that’s under 15 seats? If any of you have ideas about a good speaker on this topic, or if you’re a small contact centre and would like to share your experience at the conference, please let me know – sarah@tuanz.org.nz.
