Resource Library - another benefit for TUANZ members

Since creating our Contact Centre Resource Library in the middle of last year, it has grown into a hub of valuable information.
With all the information and links that gathered we have decided to make this a TUANZ members-only resource. We are committed to looking after and providing information to our contact centre section of our membership and will continue to grow the Resource Library.
This is another great example of the benefits of being a TUANZ member. If you aren’t currently a TUANZ member and would like to know more, click here.
So the next time you are looking for information from the Resource Library you will need your email address and password to access this section.
If you don't have a login, you can register for one in a couple of steps. And if you've forgotten your password, don’t panic - just go to the log in page and click on forgotten password and we will send you a link to reset it.
