The finalists for the 2007 TUANZ Contact Centre Awards have been confirmed. Thanks to all those who took the time to enter the awards and good luck to all those who made the final. See you all at SkyCity for the awards ceremony in June.

Manager of the Year – less than 25 seats: Paul Eastwood, Coca Cola Amatil; Joyce Rudd, Manukau City Council; Noreen McArthur, Winstone Wallboards.

Manager of the Year – 26-75 seats: Louise Wilson, APN NZ; Rowena Fulham, NZ Post; Bart Taylor, Sovereign.

Manager of the Year – 76+ seats: Greg Versalko, Child Youth & Family; Jason Strangwick, Sitel NZ.

Contact Centre of the Year – less than 25 seats: Hanover Group Ltd, Winstone Wallboards Ltd, Zespri International Ltd.

Contact Centre of the Year – 26-75 seats: APN NZ, Cigna Life Insurance NZ Ltd, NZ Post Auckland, NZ Post Christchurch.

Contact Centre of the Year – 76+ seats: Child Youth & Family, Datacom Services, Sitel NZ.

Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year: Connect Global Ltd, Sitel NZ, Telnet Services Ltd.

Team Leader of the Year: Kirsty Walker, Amway; Brendan Foreman, ASB; Sara Wisse, Sovereign.

Trainer of the Year: Beccy Sladdin, DHL Express; Katene Nicol, Sovereign; Joanne Lynch-Blosse, TelstraClear.

Workforce Manager of the Year: Emma Stanaway, Amway; Roy Harish, Child Youth & Family; Andrea Donkin, NZ Post; Mark Williams, TelstraClear.
