Do you want an outsourcing company?

Over the Christmas break I had an enquiry from a business looking for outsourcing contact centres in New Zealand. This business wanted to utilise the services of an outbound outsourcing company to sell its products. But it was struggling to find these companies and had no idea where to start. Luckily TUANZ was able to help them out and steer them in the right direction with the help of the Contact Centre Committee.
This gave us the idea to have this information in our Contact Centre Section under the Resource Library. This month we have started to contact known outsourcing companies inviting them to be added to our Resource Library. So check out, our latest page to be added under the Suppliers and Vendors area, called Outsourcing.
We invite any outsourcing company to be added into the library, as for TUANZ it’s all about being a quality resource that people can come to as first point of contact
