Live Ambassador for your website.

I love new to see the lastest and greatest technology and as a customer I like to see whether it will hold my attention. I must say 'Live Ambassador' technolgy did that. I couldn't stop staring, and thinking: "Wow, that's smart".

Live Ambassador is a live interactive tool which includes a real person who walks and talks visitors through a company’s website, directs them around it and making it easier to do business.

Developed by New Zealand IT company, Genesis Interactive, Live Ambassador assists companies to take a more personal approach to their websites to draw in customers using high definition, broadcast quality video technology.

On average, a visitor spends no more than 10 seconds browsing a website so if you don’t grab their attention within that timeframe, it can be a lost opportunity,” says Manas Kumar, CEO of Genesis Interactive.

“Visiting a website is like visiting a shop or walking into a business - you expect to be welcomed,” he says, “The internet is such a two dimensional space. The only thing that can change that is the presence of a real person.”

Live Ambassador is the only New Zealand designed and developed product on the market.

Check it out and see what you think. For further information go to www.liveambassador.co.nz

[Editor's note: The Live Ambassador systems allows you to choose real models or someone fom your own company to be the face of the website. There is some debate raging in the TUANZ office at the moment whether our chief executive Ernie Newman would be a good Live Ambassador for our website. With his high profile, he would certainly add some gravitas to the look of the site. However, since we actually want to attract and retain visitors, perhaps a more attractive model might be the best option.... Tell us what you think!]
