New date for TUANZ Contact Centre Awards

The date of the 2009 TUANZ Contact Centre Awards has been changed to allow us more time to bring you a high-quality event.

The awards will now take place on Thursday, 22 October 2009 and entries will now open on Monday, 13 July.

There has been no change to the award categories and the event will still be held at the Hilton Hotel in Auckland.

We are working closely with our events partner IDC to ensure the 2009 TUANZ Contact Centre Awards will be yet another successful event.

The categories for the 2009 TUANZ Contact Centre Awards are:

TUANZ Contact Centre of the Year under 50 seats
TUANZ Contact Centre of the Year over 50 seats
TUANZ Contact Centre Manager of the Year under 50 seats
TUANZ Contact Centre Manager of the Year over 50 seats
TUANZ Contact Centre Team Leader of the Year
TUANZ Contact Centre Trainer of the Year
TUANZ Contact Centre Workforce Manager of the Year
TUANZ Overall Contact Centre Award 2009 

And the key dates for the awards are now:

Monday 13 July
Award entries and dinner registrations open
Monday 17 August Award entries close
Monday 31 August Judging round 1
Thursday 24 September Finalists announced
Thursday 1 October Judging round 2
Thursday 22 October TUANZ Contact Centre Awards Dinner, Hilton Hotel, Auckland
