Entries for the TUANZ Contact Centre Awards are now open and can be accessed on our website. This year, the entry criteria has been completely revamped by a panel of three of our most experienced judges* in order to ensure they reflect best practice in the contact centre profession in 2008.
Filling out the online entry forms is the first, very crucial stage. If you can effectively express your achievements in writing, you will make it into the second round. Once you are in the finals, the judges in your category will visit your centre and then you can really show them what makes your centre – and your leading role in it - shine.
We’ve asked our expert panel to provide advice for those thinking of entering. You can find out more at our Contact Centre Networking Event next week - there are still places available in each of the four centres.
In the meantime, please remember these key dates:
Entries Close: Monday March 3.
Awards announced at a black tie dinner: Thursday April 24.
* Queries about entering can be emailed to ccawardsqueries@tuanz.org.nz. They will be treated in the strictest confidence by our expert panel: Garry Jones, iiNet and TUANZ head judge; Tony Lennon, Gen-I; Sue Hartley, Sytec.
