The Contact Centre Global Forum in the south of France is scheduled to take place in April. Datacraft will be attending and is taking along a local strategic partner.
Datacraft CIS business solutions consultant Paul Goode says the company is sponsoring the registration to the forum, and are using the Northern Hemisphere location as an opportunity to visit contact centres in UK, France and possibly India.
He says the strategic partner is interested in learning from contact centres that are innovative in bringing disparate units together and in having the tools to measure the centre’s financial benefit to the company.
According to Goode, the Forum is an opportunity for contact centre professionals to compare themselves in an international setting as he says the baseline for performance is now no longer domestic, it’s global.
Goode has offered to keep Mouthpiece readers informed about his travels – so look out for regular updates about the Forum and site visits in the Northern Hemisphere.
