Wow... a kilo of ideas and tips

I’m back in my home town after a wonderful tour of the main centres presenting the ideas and tips on how to survive the recession. I had a great time and many laughs along the way; I got to catch up with old friends and meet some new people to the TUANZ sessions or the contact centre industry.
I now have an extra kilo of paper which has come from the workshops in each of the four sessions. My mission next week is to get this collated and sent out to every attendee. You will see what the other sessions came up with. Your one idea that you shared has multiplied into many.
I also have some great photos of the sessions in action so look out for those in the coming weeks. My summary will also be available on our contact centre section main page next week.
I loved the buzz in each session when everyone started to share and as we realised at the first session, ‘what other industry or profession would choose to come together and share what they are currently doing or going to do’…it’s a great industry.
I, like Ernie, have to say a big thank you to all the fabulous people that were videoed and to all the other people who sent emails and articles or who called me with their ideas and tips that helped create the presentation.
Thank you for the hospitality and the great conversation at the networking, I hope that everyone walked out with a new idea, tip or process and that they will implement it in their centre and that it makes a difference.
